What to expect from cleaning
Cleaning targets organic discoloration and exterior buildup. Rust, coating failure, oxidation, storm damage and material defects are not cleaning issues and will not be repaired by washing. We identify visible concerns that affect the expected outcome.

Can you clean metal roofs?
Yes, subject to an evaluation of the coating, oxidation, access and roof condition.
Is roof cleaning included with house washing?
Roof cleaning is quoted separately because the process and access requirements differ from siding cleaning.
Will roof cleaning fix a roof leak?
Roof cleaning removes surface buildup; it does not repair leaks or damaged roofing. Have a roofer assess and repair damaged areas before a cleaning appointment.
